Dr. Rubin has more than 24 years of experience in comprehensive eye care. Her clinical interests include primary eye care as well as evaluation and treatment of ocular pathology. As part of Daniel J. O’Connor’s team, Dr. Rubin also provides pre and post co-management care for surgical patients. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Boston College and her Doctor of Optometry degree from New England School of Optometry. Prior to joining OCB, she practiced optometry at Randolph Eye Associates for 22 years, and prior to that, practiced in New York City and with Twenty-Twenty Vision in Braintree and Hanover.
Dr. Rubin completed a variety of academic externships, including with Brighton Marine Public Health Center and South Boston Community Health Center.
She enjoys knitting, sewing, biking and spending time with family.
