Emerging as the very first multi-specialty ophthalmology practice in the country in 1969, OCB has historically been on the forefront, leading the field of eye care for more than 50 years. OCB offers the most advanced medical, laser and surgical care for cataracts, glaucoma, retinal and cornea disorders. In addition, OCB offer LASIK refractive and oculoplastic surgical care as well as primary eye care. Our ophthalmologists are board certified and fellowship trained in their subspecialty. Many hold academic appointments at Harvard Medical School and Tufts Medical Center. OCB physicians are actively involved in research that is advancing the understanding and care of many conditions that cause blindness. Many are actively involved leaders in research advancing medical and surgical care of a wide range of eye conditions. OCB is a leading clinical trial center for such conditions as macular degeneration and keratoconus among others.
