Dr. Fullerton completed her Doctor of Optometry and her Bachelor of Science degrees at New England College of Optometry. While at NECO, she earned clinical honors for rotations that she completed at Boston VA Medical Center, Boston Medical Center and Providence VA Medical Center. While at NECO, she served as a student fellow for the American Academy of Optometry. In addition, she co-founded the school’s first student-led organization to advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community within the college, its clinics, and in the local Boston area.
Before joining OCB in the summer of 2022, Dr. Fullerton completed her residency in ocular disease with an emphasis on community health at The Dimock Center in Roxbury, MA. Dr. Fullerton completed clinical rotations and internships at a number of local community health organizations including the VA Medical Center Brockton, VA Medical Center Jamaica Plain, Holyoke Health Center, Lynn Community Health Center, Boston Medical Center and Boston University Eye Associates among others. Dr. Fullerton is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Optometrists and American Optometric Association.
She enjoys camping, live music, and spending time with her rescue dog.
