Non-infectious antiorior uveitis - ADX-102 - A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-masked, Vehicle-controlled Trial to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of ADX-102 Ophthalmic Solution in Subjects With Non-infectious Anterior-uveitis.

Chronic uveitic macular edema - MERIT - The Macular Edema Ranibizumab v. Intravitreal anti-inflammatory Therapy (MERIT) Trial will compare the relative efficacy and safety of intravitreal methotrexate, intravitreal ranibizumab, and the intravitreal dexamethasone implant for the treatment of uveitic macular edema persisting or reoccurring after an intravitreal corticosteroid injection. MERIT is a parallel design (1:1:1), randomized comparative trial.

Non0-infectious uveitis - GS-US0432-4097 -  A Phase 2, randomized, placebo-controlled trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of filgotinib in subjects with active non-infectious uveitis.

LUMINA - A Phase III study assessing the efficacy and safety of intravitreal injections of 440 ug DE-109 for the treatment of active, non-infectious uveitis of the posterior segment of the eye.
