Dr. Lana Tsesler specializes in
general optometry, pediatric optometry, contact lens fitting and pre and
post-operative care. She has been practicing optometry for more than 10 years
in the Greater Boston area. She earned her doctorate of optometry from the New
England College of Optometry and her bachelor of science degree in biology at Boston
University where she graduated magna cume laude.
Dr. Tsesler has served as an
adjunct professor at New England College of Optometry. She has completed internships
in many diverse practice modalities such as Joslin Diabetes Center, Dorchester
House Community Health Center and Manchester Veterans Administration Eye
Services. Dr. Tsesler has also provided care for patients through distinctive
programs at New England Eye Institute for children and the elderly.
Dr. Tsesler enjoys spending the
majority of her free time with her two sons and husband. Her hobbies include
reading, hiking, swimming, yoga and travelling. She is fluent in Russian.
