Payment Policies
OCB will submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, HMOs and private insurance carriers for all covered procedures. For all non-covered procedures, co-payments and deductibles, payment is expected at the time of service. Our physicians are Medicare-participating and OCB is affiliated with numerous managed care plans.
Should you have any difficulties with your insurance carrier or your OCB account, or if you have any question regarding payment, please call: 800-649-0733 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. and an OCB billing staff member will assist you.
